Focaccia

Ambrogio15 Focaccia is made in-house from 100% organic stone-ground wheat from Padova, Italy. We import our exclusive flour blends from the Molino Quaglia grain mill. We chose only gourmet DOP certified toppings that are recognized by the European Union as authentic, organic and preservative-free.

Nuvola

Nuvola focaccia is soft, cloud-like Italian flatbread that is made from organic Petra flour. This focaccia style is called “Nuvola”, the Italian word for cloud, because it is characteristically light and fluffy.

Nuvola Vegetariana – $19

Cloud of thick but light and soft bread, topped with imported burrata cheese from Puglia and zucchine marinated in a citrus dressing, marinated onions

Nuvola Crudo e Burrata – $20

Cloud of thick but light and soft bread that has been rising for 24 hours, made with whole wheat stone-ground Italian flour, topped with imported burrata cheese from Puglia and prosciutto crudo di Parma 20 month aged

Nuvola Salamino e Provola Affumicata – $22

Cloud of thick but light and soft bread, topped with smoked provola di Agerola (Naples) and spicy spianata calabra (salame)

Nuvola Porchetta e Burrata – $20

Cloud of thick but light and soft bread, topped with imported burrata cheese from Puglia and homemade Italian Porchetta (pork roast)

Scrocchiarella

Scrocchiarella focaccia is crunchy Italian flatbread prepared with whole wheat-stone ground Italian flour. When pronounced, the informal Italian word “Scrocchiarella” imitates the crunch of the focaccia.
